Projects & Software
I enjoy building AI systems, simulation frameworks and game development tools that bridge research and real-world applications. My work spans general game playing, tabletop game simulation, AI playtesting and interactive software engineering.
From open research frameworks to commercial AI platforms, my projects focus on creating reusable systems that enable experimentation, automation and intelligent decision making.
Featured Projects
Tabletop R&D — AI Playtesting Platform
Co-founded an AI startup developing simulation-driven playtesting tools for tabletop games. In our platform we create digital twins of board games to automate balance analysis, evaluate gameplay and support game designers with AI-powered insights.
TAG Framework
A Java framework for implementing and evaluating tabletop games, providing a shared platform for AI research, game development and simulation. Used worlwide across multiple research projects and university teaching.
Rolling Horizon Evolutionary Algorithms
Developed a family of evolutionary planning algorithms for General Video Game Playing, advancing the state of the art through new algorithmic variants, feature analysis and performance prediction.
General Video Game AI
Developed AI agents, benchmark tools and competition software for the General Video Game AI framework, contributing to competitions, tutorials and research used throughout the Game AI community.
